Our Bordeaux Red Wine is made from the gathering of the three traditional types of grapevine: Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc.
Issued from a selection of the best plots of land with matured berries, the clean and healthy berries are put into the wine tank. A strict control of the fermentation temperature between (28-32°C), appropriated checkings as well as a stay of 21 days in the tank enable to free the color, tannin and wine structure.
After the end of the malolactic fermentation, successive decantings enable to clarify naturally the wine. A year to a year and a half keeping the wine in the wine tank leads us to the last stage which is the bottling. During the bottling, the corks and the methodology of the bottling is strictly controlled which guarantee an irreproachable final product.

Already pleasant to drink, it will develop its aromas and
fragrances in 3 to 4 years.
