FERMENTATION: The grapes were fermented in upright stainless steel tanks with aggressive pump-over early in the fermentation and gentle fermentation later in the fermentation.
AGING: The wine was aged for 13 months in French, American, Eastern European barrels, with a small percentage of new oak.
T A S T I N G N O T E S
This Zinfandel has aromas of ollaberry, ripe cherry, vanilla and strawberry jam. With medium tannins, and rich mouth-filling dark fruit flavors enhanced by a hint of oak, this wine provides a long finish.
