FERMENTATION: Fermented in stainless steel tanks and pumped over twice daily.
AGING: 20 months in new French and neutral American and Eastern European oak barrels.
T A S T I N G N O T E S
Beautiful floral aromatics with hints of tobacco are followed by flavors of ripe black cherry and dark plum with undertones of leather, coffee and spice. Rich, yet approachable tannins lead to a long, smooth finish.
